Arcadia Delgado Nieves

Arcadia Delgado Nieves, age 67 of Old Hickory, TN died Wednesday, April 13 surrounded by family at her residence. A native of Puerto Rico, Mrs. Nieves was the daughter of the late Eduardo and Candida Heredia Delgado. She was a homemaker and member of the Catholic Church. Mrs. Nieves is survived by her husband: Enrique Nieves of Old Hickory; two sons: Orlando Nieves of Old Hickory and Ricardo Nieves of Christiansted, St. Croix; a daughter: Nancy Wright of Fredriksted, St. Croix; seven siblings: Bienvenido, Jose, Adalberto, Eduardo, Antonia, and Iris Delgado; and two grandchildren: Ricardo Daniel Nieves and Jasmin Nieves. Mrs. Nieves’ remains were returned to Fredriksted, St. Croix where funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, April 20. She was laid to rest in the Fredriksted Cemetery. Cremation Society of Tennessee assisted the family.
