Audrey Nicole Trimble, 18, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born October 21, 1995 in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and graduated from Cooper City High School in Cooper City, Florida. Audrey enrolled as an incoming freshman at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, where she was to begin courses this June. Audrey is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Frank Trimble and Robert Cuomo. She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Cuomo Ariza, of Cooper City, Florida, and father, Christopher Franklin Trimble, of Maryville, Tennessee; stepfather Carlos Ariza and stepmother Kimberly Ammons Trimble; grandmother Sally Goodman, of Cooper City, Florida; grandparents Mitzi and John Garner, of Franklin, Tennessee; aunts Natalie Fino, Holly Spain Jackson, and Caroline Crump Gary; step-siblings Carlos Ignacio and Teresa Maria; and cousins Alyssa, Garner, Sophie, and Whitfield. Ceremonies celebrating Audrey’s life will be held on Saturday, June 7 at 10:00am Eastern at St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church, 701 N. Hiatus Road, Pembroke Pines, Florida, and Sunday, June 8, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 510 West Main Street, Franklin, Tennessee, where at 1:30pm Central, friends and family will be received, and Audrey’s memorial service will begin at 3:00pm. Audrey’s family ask that guests please honor her young life by wearing white or light colors. Also, Audrey liked to intentionally wear mismatched socks. Please follow her lead if wearing socks. Fittingly, sunflowers were Audrey’s favorite flower. Her family hopes these services will be celebratory, in honoring Audrey’s kind, buoyant spirit.
