Carolyn L. Florentino

Ms. Carolyn L. Florentino, age 69 passed away at Alive Hospice in St. Thomas Hospital on April 2nd, 2012. Carolyn was born January 28th, 1943 in Chicago, IL to the late Lehman & Dorris Williamson. Carolyn is described by her friends and family as an active woman who loved life, skating being one of her favorite pass times. Carolyn leaves behind one daughter: Carolyn Florentino Jr. of Antioch, TN; Two sons: Richard Cooper of Antioch, TN, and Lehman Cooper of Chicago, IL. Carolyn also leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. A memorial service will be held for Carolyn Saturday, April 7th at 11am in the chapel of Liberty Baptist Church in Chicago, IL. Cremation Society of Tennessee is in charge of the arrangements.
