Cheryl Lee Williams

Cheryl Lee Williams, 57, of Murfreesboro, TN., passed away at 1:05 am on May 26, 2014. Cheryl was born in Connersville, IN. on February 10, 1957 to Clarence and Lelia Williams. She attended Spartanburg and Northeastern schools of central Indiana. She joined the Air Force in 1977, and served 11 years in California and the Philippines. She worked at the Webb School in Bell Buckle, TN. She is survived by her mother, Lelia McManigal, her partner and caregiver, Brett Brown, and his son Spencer; sons David Pearson and James Williams; grandson, River Ortega and granddaughter Alyssa Bankson, brothers James ChrisWilliams and Dennis Gigi Williams; sisters Evelyn Greg Sutter, Virginia Slayton, and Kellie Williams. She was preceded in death by her father Clarence L. Williams, step-father, John Fry of Whitewater, IN. , and son Joshua Devers of California. She will be sadly missed.
Memorial Services will be Saturday, May 31st at 6:00 PM at Jefferson Pike Church of Christ, 218 W. Jefferson Pike, LaVergne, TN. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society or your favorite charity are appreciated.
