David Lee Allen

David Lee Allen, age 65, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 at the V.A. Hospital in Nashville. David was a U.S. Army Veteran who served his country during the Vietnam conflict. He was preded in death by his mother, Willie B. Cook; One Daughter: Amy Chris Smith; One Grandson: Riley; Many Close Friends: Kris, Juanita, Kaleb, Gage Wingfield, Lindsey and Brooke Davis. The Family will receive friends from 3 until 7 pm, Friday, October 20, 2012 in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, TN. The Cremation Society of Tennessee is in charge of arrangements.
