Edward Allen Hope

Mr. Edward Allan Hope, Sr., 64, resident of Ringgold, GA, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the Alvin C. York Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN. Born August 26, 1947 in Chattanooga, TN, son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth Marion Hope and the husband of Bonnie Hawthorne Hope. He was a diesel mechanic for a bakery and a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Gene Hope of Cleveland and Ed Hope of Chattanooga; brothers: Roger Hope and Ronnie Hope, both of Chattanooga. A Life Celebration for Mr. Hope will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the Ringgold Seventh Day Adventist Church in Ringgold. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 at the church. Cremation Society of TN is assisting the family with their services.
