Gary Graydon Houck

Mr. Gary Graydon Houck, age 73, of Collierville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Gary was born June 19, 1940 in DuBois, PA, the son of the late Graydon and Alliene Commeta Houck. He was the husband of Cheryl “Cappy” Pilus Houck of Collierville. He was a United States veteran. Gary was a program director for International Paper. Cappy shared that Gary was the rock of the family and a mentor not only to his only family but to many others as well. He was a kind, compassionate and loving person who enjoy wire sculpting and loved airplanes. Gary is not only survived by Cappy but also by their children, Jennifer Houck, Tracy Fischer, Staci Chivari, Missi Houck, Brian Houck and David Wallace and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by one daughter, Edie Greco.
