Gary Wade Moore, age 59, of Pulaski, TN passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Decatur General Hospital. Gary Moore was born April 13, 1952, in Decatur. He was preceded in death by his father Herman Moore and his sister, Renee Wilson. He is survived by his mother, Hazel Moore; two sons, Ryan Moore and Daniel Moore; his daughter, Tracy Glenn Tag; two brothers, Sparky Moore Joan and Greg Moore JoAnn and two grandchildren Jacob and Joshua Glenn all of Decatur. A Memorial service for Gary Wade Moore, age 59, of Pulaski, TN will be Tuesday, March 6, 2012, 6:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
