George Thomas Mcdowell, Iii

We grieve not that Tom has died; we rejoice that he lived. George Thomas “Tom” McDowell, III, age 30, resided in Gallatin, TN and went to be with the Lord on Monday July 12, 2010. He is survived by his parents: Rev. Dr. George & Kathy McDowell of Gallatin, TN; his sister: Elaine Joshua Roberts of Culleoka, TN; his brother: Joseph McDowell of Gallatin, TN; a niece: Catherine Roberts; and nephew Noland Roberts. He is also survived by his grandmother Garna Enlow of Accident, MD. Tom was a member of East Nashville Church of God of Prophecy and was licensed as an exhorter with Declaration Ministries. He enjoyed music, theater, and acting in community and church productions. His pastimes were reading, puzzles, watching movies and participating in family activities. He touched many lives and has left a legacy in his short life and was used of God in so many ways. Memorial Services in Tennessee will be conducted Wednesday, July 15th at 6:00 pm at the Hendersonville Church of God, 724 East Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075, officiated by Rev. Emmett Atkins. Fellowship will follow.

William Durst and Rev. Joseph Spiker. There will be fellowship and food following the service at the McHenry Fire Hall.
