James William Pike

James William Pike born May 23, 1932 to Dessa Clifton Pike and John Pike, passed away on January 23, 2015 after a lengthy illness. A Korean war veteran, he enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life. He was a cotton mill worker and commercial fisherman during his later years. His survivors include his children: James Michael Pike of Little Rock, AK, Edward Lee and Sharon Pike of Little Rock, Julia Arlene and Sam Velez of Little Rock, Tina Gay of Valdosta, GA and Kathy and Matt Begue of Hahira, GA; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews
He was Preceded in death by his mother: Dessa Clifton Pike; father: John Pike; sons: Jack L. Schroepfer, Sr. and Daniel Ralph Pike; and daughter: Jamie Marie Pike, The family will visit with friends on Saturday January 31, 2015 from 1-2pm and a memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm at Martin/McLane Funeral Home, 401 South Church Street, in Hahira, GA.
