Johnny Wayne Fautt earned his wings and went home to heaven on Sunday, October 22, 2017, passing away at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Johnny was born on April 12, 1962 to Harold T. Fautt and Donna Westmoreland Bennett in Columbia, Tennessee. He worked in the automotive business doing body work. He was also skilled in construction. He was a hard-working man with a heart of gold. He was always kind and protective of those he loved. Johnny battled cancer with courage and fought hard until the very end. He was of the Christian faith having been recently baptized at Southgate Church of Christ.
Survivors include his daughters: Brittani Fautt and Kristi Fautt Farris; siblings: Kathy Dyer, Teresa Moss, Angie Fautt, Rhonda Fautt, Michael Fautt and Chris Fautt; nieces and nephews: Chase Mataruga, BJ Moss, Cody Moss, Dilland Moss, Destaney Moss, Cammie Moss and Mitch Dyer; and several cousins, uncles and aunts. He was preceded in death by his parents: Harold T. Fautt, Donna Westmoreland Bennett and Lester H. Bennett (loving step-father who raised him).
The family would like to give special thanks to Blake Hight and the Hight family for all their help and support during Johnny’s sudden illness.
The family will celebrate Johnny’s life at a later date.
