Jose Louis Del Rosario

Mr. Jose Louis Del Rosario, age 90, resident of Smyrna, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro. Born on January 10, 1921 in Tampa, Florida, He was the son of the late Louis and Esther Garciga Rosario. Jose was the husband of Onesima Borrero Del Rosario of Smyrna. He was a veteran having served in the United States Navy during World War II and during Korean and Vietnam, he was a merchant marine under the United States Coast Guard. Jose was a retired security guard with Wackenhut. In addition to his wife of 58 years, Jose is survived by three sons, Giovanni Del Rosario of Nolensville, Louis Rosario of Tampa, FL and Dan Del Rosario of Ruskin, FL; two daughters, Madeline Bayer of Boca Raton, FL and Lucy Gerbich of Las Vegas, NV; and 12 grandchildren. Cremation Society of Tennessee is assisting the Del Rosario Family with the arrangements.
