Kay Phelan Neal

Kay Phelan Neal, age 64, passed away on October 18, 2021, at her home. She was born on July 24, 1957, to her parents, Thomas Phelan and Katy Smotherman in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

She worked as a legal clerk. She loved butterflies.

Kay is survived by her husband: Brian Magano; two daughters: Rebecca Steelman, Katelyn Hand; and seven grandchildren.

The memorial will be on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 at Christ Community Church, 1334 B Hazelwood Dr. Smyrna, TN 37167. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm and service will follow at 3:00 pm.
