Kyle Edward Learn

LEARN, KYLE EDWARD – 62, a life-long resident of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on April 15th. Kyle was born on January 25, 1951. He attended Carter High School and Carson Newman College. Kyle loved to fish and tell a good joke. He is survived by his children, Abbey Bethmann, Willem Learn, and Mleeka Learn-Houston; their children, Beckett and Deacon Bethmann, Ori Learn, and Lennie and Finn Learn-Houston; his sister Patty Shelton; his brothers John and Steve Learn; and his ex-wife and best friend Patty B. Kyle is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Alexander, and father, Paul Learn. Visitation will be held 5:00-6:30 p.m., Thursday, April 18, at Sand Branch United Methodist Church. Memorial service to follow. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to support the Forks of the River Wildlife Management Area through Legacy Parks Foundation, 900 Volunteer Landing Lane, Knoxville, TN 37915.
