Phillip Eugene Buchanan

Phillip Eugene Buchanan, age 65 of Erin, Tennessee, passed away October 24, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born October 9, 1947 in Erin to the late John and Margaret Keith. He is survived by his brother: Art Keith and sister in law: Martha Keith, both of Erin. He is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers. The family will announce services at a later date.
