Richard A. Pentecost

Richard A. Pentecost, age 77, a resident of Sevierville, TN passed away November 29, 2012 at LaConte Medical Center in Sevierville. Mr. Pentecost was born on September 2, 1935 in Central City, KY to the late Archy and Isabelle Pentecost. Richard spent several years in college before becoming a coreman in the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy Richard would settle down with his wife in Sevierville where he would build the Little Wedding Chapel, where he worked for the duration of his life with his family, marrying couples in the mountains of Gatlinburg. Richard is survived by his wife of 33 years, Judy Pentecost, as well as his children that continue on his work at the little wedding chapel. Cremation Society of Tennessee is in charge of the arrangements.
