Robert Earl Walker

Robert Earl Walker, age 78 of Spring Hill, TN, died July 2, 2011 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. The Chicago, IL native was the son of the late John Charles and Frances Meryle Hancock Walker. On Feb 16, 1951 he married Patricia Bankson, only to join the US Marines days later to serve his country. Their union was blessed with seven children. After his service ended, Robert made his career in Real Estate and Business Development. He is survived by his partner and friend of 60 years: Patricia Walker of Spring Hill, TN; seven children: Renee Walt Eppard of Bradenton, FL, Debbie Smrz of Johnston, SC, Robert C Marsha Walker of Glen Carbon, IL, Kathy Rick Wayt of Rocky Comfort, MD, Melissa Walker of Geneva, IL, Jon Karen Walker of Brentwood, TN, and Michael Lisa Walker of Bakersfield, CA; a sister: Jacqueline Rang of Orlando, FL; 11 grandchildren: Tim, Megan, Ryan, Jesse, Josh, Rob, Chase, Jared, Jake, Rylee, and Bodee; and 6 great-grandchildren: Jordan, Landon, Bemma, Nick, Grace, and Annsley. The family will conduct services at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Cremation Society of Tennessee.
