Roger Dale Weirich

Roger Dale Weirich, age 64, passed away on March 29, 2017 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee.

Roger was born on May 4, 1952 in Goshen, Indiana to Elva Weirich and Evelyn Drapper Weirich. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was the husband of Joanie Talley Weirich and the father of two. Roger enjoyed collecting knives and arrowhead rocks. He was a skilled carpenter, being able to build almost anything. In essence, he was able to “make magic happen” where wood working and building were concerned. He was a real man’s man. He was well loved by his family.

Cherishing his memory are his wife: Joanie Talley Weirich; children: Andrew (Candace) Weirich and Samantha (Chris) Boswell; grandchildren: Ayden, Olivia and Halle; and his sister Elva Dicus. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings: Ellen Robinson, Barbara Cole and Paul Weirich.
