Uless L. Armstrong

Surrounded by family, Mr. Uless L. Armstrong, age 90 of Rockvale, died Wednesday morning, December 8 at his residence. He was a life-long resident of Rutherford County, born in Murfreesboro on July 11, 1920 to Sam and Mary Magdaline Bynum Armstrong. He was a retired grounds keeper with the Middle Tennessee State University Maintenance Department, and was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, in 2002. Mr. Armstrong is survived by a son: Sam Armstrong of Rockvale; grand-daughter: Joy Centers of Rockvale; and two great-grandchildren: Tara and Samantha Maxwell. He will be laid to rest beside his wife in the Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro. Service details are pending at this time but will be announced when completed.
